Foxconn posts record Q1 revenue on AI server demand
Foxconn reported first quarter revenue of T$2.13 trillion (US$66.6 billion), a 29.7% increase year-over-year, driven by sustained orders for AI infrastructure and consumer electronics manufacturing.
The Taiwanese contract manufacturer supplies Apple and Nvidia, among other major tech companies. Its cloud and networking division led growth, as customers ordered more AI servers for data centers and high-performance computing applications.
The company's smart consumer electronics segment-which includes iPhone assembly-also grew, supported by new product launches and stable global demand.
March alone generated T$803.7 billion in revenue, a record monthly high and 45.6% increase from March 2025.
What this means for sales professionals
For those selling into tech infrastructure, this data signals sustained customer investment in AI systems. Foxconn's guidance for continued growth in Q2 suggests procurement budgets remain active across both cloud vendors and consumer device makers.
The company cautioned that broader uncertainties could affect future performance, a reminder that market conditions remain volatile despite current strength.
Foxconn will release its full earnings report on May 14. The company does not provide detailed forward guidance.
