Free HR Summit in Philadelphia to Focus on AI and Workplace Culture
Innovative Benefit Planning will host a free summit May 13 at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia for HR professionals and executives. The event runs 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and requires registration but costs nothing to attend.
The summit's theme, "Framing the Future: A Portrait of People, Purpose, and Technology," examines how organizations can balance technological change with human-centered leadership.
What's on the agenda
Keynote sessions, panel discussions and workshops will cover AI for Human Resources, employee benefits, and team engagement strategies. Speakers include Bert Gervais, known as "The Human-First AI Guy," and Judy Sailer, director of learning and development at Primepoint HR & Payroll.
A panel discussion will feature Terriann Procida, CEO of Innovative Benefit Planning, and Chuck Metturdharma, head of AI and divisional CIO at Cigna Healthcare.
The day also includes a morning meditation and breathwork session, vendor fair, lunch, and a private gallery tour during happy hour.
