Ghent-based AI startup Adomate has raised €1.4 million to expand its ad creation platform, as marketing teams face mounting pressure to produce high volumes of social media ads that keep up with platform algorithms and consumer ad fatigue.
Angelwise, RDY Ventures, and Seeder Fund participated in the round, alongside angels including Jo Deblaere (former Accenture executive), Jeroen De Wit (Teamleader), Willem Dumon (Fleetmaster), Johnny Kegels (PR Force), Stefan Tournoy (founder of Vente Exclusive), and the AI firm ML6.
"Advertising platforms increasingly reward brands that can deliver a high volume of creative, relevant, and diverse campaigns," said Simon Logghe, CEO and co-founder of Adomate. "Marketing teams have access to more data than ever before, but often lack the time and resources to translate those insights into enough new creatives. Adomate provides the means for teams to create better-performing ads at scale."
Founded in 2024 by Logghe and Lucas Desard, both former ML6 colleagues, Adomate is an ad creation data platform that combines performance data, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour insights. The company originally operated as an agency, using its AI internally to develop campaigns for clients, then evolved into a software platform. It is now a Meta Verified Tech Provider and a LinkedIn Verified API Partner. The platform reflects a broader shift in AI for marketing, where data-driven creative generation is becoming a requirement for staying competitive.
Addressing ad fatigue and platform demands
Consumer ad fatigue and the algorithms behind platforms like Meta and TikTok are forcing brands to release new advertising creatives at an unprecedented pace. Marketing teams are under pressure to generate more content, test new angles, and refresh campaigns constantly. Adomate claims its technology lets teams produce 5-10x more creative without adding headcount, turn research into concepts in minutes, and improve creative performance with data-backed ideas.
For marketers focused on social channels, tools like this highlight the need for AI social media strategies that go beyond scheduling and into creative production at scale. The company's platform captures and scales creative strategy as a system, so teams can test more variations and act on real-world performance data.
From agency to software platform
Logghe and Desard built the technology while running an agency, using it internally to deliver campaigns. That hands-on experience shaped the eventual product, which now gives marketing teams custom workflows to blend performance data, competitor insights, and consumer behaviour into higher-performing ads. The shift from agency to platform company mirrors a pattern seen in other AI startups that first validate their tech through direct client work.
Growth and upcoming features
Over the past year, Adomate has grown to serve more than 50 customers, including Loop Earplugs, and won the Rising Star Award from Start it @KBC. With the new capital, the company plans to accelerate international growth, expand its team, and add new integrations. Upcoming features include a Reddit integration and tools designed to streamline collaboration between brands and content creators.
Why this matters for marketing teams
The old model of running a handful of static ads is no longer viable. Platforms reward volume and variety, and the only way to keep up without hiring more people is to use AI that turns data into creative. Adomate's approach - starting as an agency to refine the tech before selling it as a platform - shows a deep understanding of the workflow pain points marketing teams face every day. The capital injection gives the company a runway to build more integrations and help more brands move from manual, slow creative cycles to data-driven, high-volume testing.
