GS Engineering & Construction released promotional videos created with generative AI for two residential complexes currently on sale: Changwon Xi The Sky and Asan Tangjeong Xi Metrocity.
The videos recreate daily life inside the complexes after residents move in. Prospective buyers see unit interiors and community facilities from a resident's perspective rather than watching a standard property tour.
The strategy shifts focus from information delivery to customer experience. A company official said the goal is to help buyers "make rational choices" by letting them understand what living there will actually feel like.

GS Engineering is expanding AI use beyond marketing. The company is deploying AI systems across design and construction stages to improve productivity and safety.
Two examples: Xi Voice, an AI translation system that helps communicate with foreign workers, and Xi Book, which references a database of standard specifications to enforce the latest building codes.
