Horizon Media, the largest independent media agency in the U.S. and globally, has expanded its Product & Data leadership with key hires to accelerate AI-driven product development and marketing intelligence. New Strategic Leadership Roles
Three executives have been brought on board to lead Horizon’s AI-driven growth initiatives, all reporting to Domenic Venuto, EVP and Chief Product & Data Officer.
Krish Kuruppath, EVP, Head of Tech
Krish Kuruppath joins Horizon with over 20 years of experience in digital technology and product strategy. His background includes senior roles at Epsilon, where he led product strategy and platform architecture for AI and data-driven marketing solutions. Kuruppath’s expertise in machine learning and big data will help advance Horizon’s technology capabilities and enhance personalized customer engagement at scale.
Jeremy Flynn, EVP, Head of Product
Jeremy Flynn brings a strong record of innovation in analytics product development. At Clear Channel Outdoor, he led the creation of RADAR, a suite of advanced analytics tools that transformed audience planning and campaign measurement for out-of-home advertising. Flynn’s leadership in integrating data with attribution methodologies and clean room technologies will support Horizon’s product innovation efforts. Recently relocated to New York, Flynn balances his professional focus with a passion for sports and theater.
Allan Johnston, SVP, Head of Program Management
Allan Johnston offers over 15 years of agency and startup experience in program management and delivery. His background spans roles at Razorfish, VivaKi, and DEPT, as well as leadership in operations at tech startups like WeWork and Sonder. Johnston’s expertise will be critical as Horizon scales its product and data initiatives, ensuring effective execution and operational excellence.
