A Smart System for Managing Organizational Experiences
Organizational wellbeing, especially in Israel’s high-tech sector, generates tens or even hundreds of millions of shekels annually. Despite this scale, the field often faces criticism for flashy displays and the noticeable gap between high-tech companies and other industries. Historically, efforts focused on isolated activities like workshops, events, or holiday gifts—often lacking a clear strategy and sometimes implemented simply because others were doing so.
VibeUp, a new startup, is changing this approach with a technological platform launching now. This AI-powered system streamlines the entire wellbeing function—from planning through execution to measuring impact. HR leaders and wellbeing managers typically relied on trial and error, recommendations, and hope to deliver real value. VibeUp offers real-time insights, ideas, recommendations, and feedback, saving time and increasing effectiveness.
Reut Ofek, the founder of VibeUp with extensive managerial experience, identified major inefficiencies in the market. She points to an overload of options without focus, weak measurement, and activities that only partially align with organizational goals. “Our goal is to move organizational wellbeing from a tactical, ad hoc activity to a measurable, strategic process,” she explains.
How VibeUp Works
The platform combines a variety of wellbeing activities with an AI engine that fine-tunes suggestions based on each organization's values, budget, employee profile, and objectives. It consists of three main components:
- AI and Smart Matching: Customizes activities to fit the unique needs of the organization.
- Measurement and Data: Tracks and analyzes the impact of wellbeing initiatives.
- Centralized Dashboard: Allows management of programs, activities, and budgets in one place.
One significant challenge for wellbeing professionals is linking business narratives and core values to employee engagement activities. VibeUp’s AI technology addresses this by creating better alignment between company culture and wellbeing programs.
A Strong Community From Day One
Before its official launch, hundreds of wellbeing managers and CEOs across various sectors—including high-tech, health, retail, cyber, and communications—had already signed up to try VibeUp. The launch event at the “El Yam” complex in Netanya drew senior industry leaders such as Yaniv Hevroni (VP at Harel Insurance), Uri Max (CEO of Max Stock), Hila Kessinger Bar David (CEO of Shachar Capital), and others.
Beyond a One-Time Experience
The vision behind VibeUp is clear: it’s about creating an ongoing process that strengthens organizational culture and improves employees’ sense of belonging. The platform also enables companies to measure the return on investment in wellbeing initiatives, similar to other business areas.
Initially focusing on the Israeli market, VibeUp plans to expand internationally. Given the excitement around the launch and the interest from large organizations, this startup may introduce a new, practical approach to managing employee wellbeing.
