HR Rebooted Launches "Governance 1st" - An AI Governance Platform Built for HR

HR Rebooted announced Governance 1st, a platform that gives human resources teams a practical way to develop, deploy, and manage AI policies across the business. The goal is simple: give HR leaders clear oversight of AI use, reduce risk, and keep adoption aligned with company values, security, and compliance.

"Governance 1st gives human resource professionals oversight into AI adoption and use across their organizations," said Michelle Strasburger, Founder and CEO of HR Rebooted. She pointed to new data showing the urgency of this work: a recent study finds that 77% of companies are working on AI governance, and for 47% it's a top-five strategic priority.

Rachel adds 20+ years in marketing, including a decade in HR tech. She has led brand building, growth strategy, and operational improvements that drive adoption and revenue-experience that will help HR Rebooted meet HR's needs with clarity and speed.
