HrFlow.ai Raises $7 Million to Expand AI Infrastructure for Recruiting
HrFlow.ai, an AI platform that organizes and enriches human resources data, announced a $7 million pre-Series A funding round led by 115K and EmergingTech Ventures. The round brings total capital raised to $10 million and will fund expansion in the United States and Europe, plus development of the company's next-generation platform.
The company positions itself as foundational infrastructure for the labor market. It processes more than 50 million candidate profiles annually and integrates with over 200 HR systems, including applicant tracking software, job boards, and human capital management platforms.
How the Platform Works
HrFlow.ai's technology consists of three components. Data Studio aggregates HR data across multiple systems. AI Studio applies explainable AI to structure candidate and job information. App Studio lets organizations build custom AI-driven workflows.
The API-first architecture allows the platform to connect employers, staffing agencies, recruiting firms, job platforms, and public employment services in a single system.
Expansion Plans
The company will use new funding to strengthen its U.S. presence, where it has operated since 2022. It also plans to expand across Europe, including the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy.
HrFlow.ai was founded in 2016 by researchers from École Normale Supérieure and École Polytechnique. The 35-person team includes staff from Facebook, BCG, CERN, Accenture, and Deloitte.
The Problem It Addresses
In developing regions, millions lack access to job opportunities not because of lack of ability, but because hiring systems don't reach them. In developed economies, recruiters face the opposite problem: they're overwhelmed by the volume of applications and data they must process.
Mouhidine Seiv, founder and CEO, said the company aims to build "Hiring SuperIntelligence" that augments human decision-making rather than replacing it. "The labor market is now too complex to be managed effectively by human intelligence alone," he said.
