Mad Devs Enhances iTrackLEADS Platform with AI Automation
Mad Devs has introduced an AI-powered upgrade to its iTrackLEADS platform, aimed at improving how motor retailers manage and convert sales leads. This update incorporates intelligent automation to streamline lead handling, boosting efficiency, accuracy, and overall sales results.
The new iTrackLEADS-AI reduces manual tasks like lead capture, scoring, and follow-up. This allows sales teams to focus on engaging with buyers who are ready to make a purchase. By analysing data from website visits, email interactions, and customer demographics, the AI scores leads based on their conversion potential. This prioritisation helps sales staff concentrate on the most promising prospects, raising lead quality and conversion rates.
Personalisation is another key feature. The system supports customised email content and AI-driven chat functions that provide relevant interactions without increasing workload for the sales team. Adrian Favill, director of Mad Devs, explains, “At a time when dealerships need to do more with less, we are bringing automation and intelligence to the front line. These new tools change how dealers respond, follow up, and convert.”
Trial and Insights
The iTrackLEADS-AI module is currently being tested with select dealers, with feedback helping to refine the system. It also introduces predictive analytics and enhanced reporting, giving sales managers clear insights into customer behaviour and improving sales forecasting accuracy.
This upgrade is part of Mad Devs’ broader effort to support dealers in adopting AI technology as it reshapes the motor retail sector.
