Salesforce brings Agentforce Sales to ChatGPT: Less app-switching, more selling
Salesforce is bringing its AI agent system, Agentforce Sales, straight into ChatGPT. That means reps can review pipeline data, prioritize deals, and update CRM records without leaving the chat.
The result is less tab-hopping and fewer manual copy-paste loops. You ask. It pulls from Salesforce. You act.
What's new
With the Agentforce Sales app in ChatGPT, you can see live Salesforce data like your pipeline, account history, and untouched prospects. You can also create account strategies and make quick CRM updates right from the conversation.
Ask for "new, not yet contacted prospects," and you'll get a current list directly from your CRM. No exports. No screenshots. Just the data you need, where you're already working.
Why it matters for your quota
Most reps spend time shifting between tools and re-entering the same context. This integration cuts that drag. You get one surface to evaluate deals, plan next steps, and move the pipeline forward.

Security and access control

Availability
The Agentforce Sales app for ChatGPT is in open beta. It's available to customers on the "Agentforce for Sales Add-on" and "Agentforce 1 Edition."
