monday.com Expands AI Features to Boost Work Execution

Software company monday.com has introduced a major upgrade to its AI capabilities across its platform. The update includes three new tools—monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick—that shift the focus from simple task management to active work execution. These features aim to reduce manual setup and increase productivity without requiring any coding or technical skills.

Shifting Focus From Management to Execution

monday.com is moving beyond traditional work management software to tools that actively assist in performing tasks. The new AI features simplify workflow creation, automate processes, and help users take action more efficiently across teams.

Daniel Lereya, Chief Product and Technology Officer at monday.com, explains: “We’re embedding AI deeply into the platform to help teams move faster and focus on what truly drives impact.”

Introducing Three New AI Tools

  • monday magic: A builder that lets users describe their needs in natural language. It then creates workflows or boards automatically, reflecting proven business practices without any manual configuration.
  • monday vibe: A no-code app builder that uses AI prompts to help users develop secure, customized business tools. It complies with enterprise security requirements and supports internal deployment as well as sharing on the marketplace.
  • monday sidekick: A personal digital assistant that adapts to each user’s role and company context. It suggests actions or completes tasks—like booking venues or processing documents—with a single click.

Built for Teams of All Sizes

These AI tools support a wide range of customers, from small teams to large enterprises. monday.com highlights that its primarily non-technical user base—over 245,000 customers—benefits from the platform’s intuitive design.

AI usage on the platform has grown 150% quarter-over-quarter, with more than 26 million AI-driven actions performed by the end of Q1. The new features will be available across monday work management, monday CRM, monday dev, and monday service, making AI a core part of the broader platform experience.

This expansion aims to increase operational efficiency for large organizations while improving productivity for smaller teams.
