Pitcher Launches AI Roleplay Tool for Sales Reps to Practice With Real Customer Data

Pitcher, an AI-native sales enablement platform, released Pitcher AI Roleplay on March 31, 2026. The tool lets sales representatives practice high-stakes customer meetings with live AI avatars built from actual CRM contact data.

The system pulls contact history, past meeting notes, content engagement, and account details to create a custom AI persona for each practice session. Reps then rehearse against these avatars, which respond naturally and raise realistic objections rather than following scripted replies.

How It Works

During a roleplay session, the AI evaluates each response from the rep and follows up with in-character replies. The avatars simulate customer behavior with natural language, pushback, and objections-giving reps a safe environment to build confidence before real meetings.

Sessions are recorded and analyzed. An integrated language model provides feedback with category scoring, identified strengths, areas for improvement, and growth notes.

Built Into Daily Workflow

The tool runs inside Pitcher, the platform reps already use daily. This eliminates the need for separate logins and reduces adoption friction for teams.
