Qargo Raises US$33m to Scale AI Logistics Automation

Qargo has closed a US$33m Series B led by Sofina, with participation from Balderton Capital. The total funding now stands at US$54m, fueling European expansion and deeper automation across planning, execution, invoicing, and reporting.
The goal is simple: fewer touchpoints, faster workflows, better visibility. For carriers, forwarders, and 3PLs, that means tighter operations, stronger margins, and more reliable service.

What the platform does
Qargo's agentic AI interacts with external systems to streamline the full transport lifecycle. The platform's AI engine, Qargo Intelligence, automates planning, execution, invoicing, and reporting while improving visibility across jobs and assets.
A real-time work-sharing network gives the same transparency and control over subcontracted jobs as in-house work. That cuts manual calls and emails often required with conventional TMS setups.
Traction and momentum

Qargo achieved ISO 27001 certification early and runs exclusively on Google Cloud with Cloud Armor. The company applies continuous code scanning and regular testing with in-house security specialists.
For management teams, this reduces risk and removes the need to build and maintain separate security infrastructure.
