Salesforce brings Agentforce Sales into ChatGPT

Salesforce has integrated Agentforce Sales with ChatGPT so sellers can pull up customer data, review deals, and complete CRM tasks without leaving the chat. It reduces tab-switching and keeps daily sales work in one place. The app was introduced at Dreamforce and connects Salesforce CRM directly to ChatGPT's conversational interface.

What's new

The Agentforce Sales app lets ChatGPT use your company's actual CRM data-pipelines, account history, deal status-based on each user's existing access rights. Ask direct questions ("Show new or uncontacted leads this week") and get live data pulled from Salesforce, right inside the chat. No copying and pasting between tools.
