Seemplicity Secures $50M to Enhance AI-Powered Exposure Management
Seemplicity Security Ltd., a provider of security risk reduction and productivity platforms, has raised $50 million in new funding. This capital will accelerate the company’s investment in artificial intelligence capabilities and support a broader go-to-market expansion.
Founded in 2020 by cybersecurity experts Yoran Sirkis, Ravid Circus, and Rotem Cohen Gadol, Seemplicity focuses on improving how enterprises handle vulnerability and exposure management. Security teams often face an overwhelming number of alerts and dashboards, which leaves little time for actual remediation.
Streamlining Security Workflows
Seemplicity’s platform addresses this challenge by automating manual tasks and connecting risk identification directly with remediation efforts. Its solution consolidates aggregation, prioritization, and remediation workflows that typically take hours of manual work.
The platform reduces exposure noise by 95%, enabling teams to concentrate on the critical 5% of vulnerabilities that matter most. Automated workflows assign remediation tasks directly to IT, security, and DevOps teams, speeding up risk reduction and saving valuable time and resources.
AI Agents for Practical Exposure Management
Seemplicity also offers AI agents that provide actionable exposure management support. These agents deliver customized risk insights and proactive guidance by combining organizational business logic with external threat intelligence. This approach helps security teams act more efficiently and effectively.
Since its previous funding round in 2022, Seemplicity has experienced significant growth, including an 800% increase in annual recurring revenue and tripling its customer base. Prominent clients include Fiverr International Ltd., Morningstar Inc., Carlsberg A/S, Paramount Global, and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp.
Strong Investor Support
The recent Series B funding round was led by Sienna Venture Capital, with participation from Essentia Venture Capital and existing investors Glilot Capital Partners LP, NTTVC, and S Capital. Co-founder and CEO Yoran Sirkis highlighted that this funding reflects growing demand for a more actionable exposure management approach.
“Our AI-based platform proactively streams risk insights, generates fixes, and assigns tasks automatically to give teams their most valuable resource back — time,” Sirkis said.
This latest funding brings Seemplicity’s total raised capital to $76 million.
