Sutton Park Group Increases Vehicle Sales by Over 40 Units Monthly with AI Email System

Sutton Park Group has reported a significant boost in vehicle sales after adopting an AI-powered CRM platform from Marketing Delivery. Over three months, the Midlands-based dealership group, representing Kia, Renault, and Dacia, recorded more than 120 additional vehicle sales thanks to the new system.

Since February 2025, Sutton Park Group has been using Marketing Delivery’s VoiceBox system to automate communications with prospects and manage leads more efficiently. This AI tool integrates seamlessly with their existing enquiryMAX system to send Stock Alerts emails that match available vehicles to customer preferences.

Effective Personalised Messaging Drives Results

VoiceBox has sent over 11,500 personalised Stock Alerts emails, achieving a 44% open rate and an 8% conversion rate into sales. This email activity alone generated 129 extra vehicle sales within just three months.

Additionally, VoiceBox sends Lost Sale messages to reconnect with leads previously marked inactive by the sales team. This feature re-engaged 75 lost prospects, with 80% converting into confirmed vehicle orders, showing the system’s strength in recovering potential sales.

Positive Impact on Sales Team Productivity

David Wyllie, Group Process and Performance Manager at Sutton Park Group, highlighted the benefits: “Switching to automated solutions has been monumental for our dealerships. It has boosted our sales teams’ productivity while keeping customer focus intact.”

He added that the smooth integration with existing systems made adoption simple, with responses coming in within two hours of launch and a lost sale converted in the first week. The entire group is already seeing the benefits and looks forward to expanding the use of these tools.
