UAE Government Launches AI Platform to Identify and Develop Young Talent
The UAE's Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched an AI-powered platform called Future Talents to identify, assess, and develop high-potential employees across federal agencies. The system manages talent across the full employment lifecycle-from initial identification through retention-using integrated digital dashboards and performance data.
The platform connects with existing government systems including Bayanati and Jahiz, giving HR teams real-time insights to make data-driven decisions about workforce development. Federal entities have been directed to identify employees aged 35 and below and create structured growth plans for them.

Future Talents standardises how federal agencies spot and nurture high-potential staff. Rather than each agency using its own approach, the platform creates a unified system across the UAE government.
