ZipRecruiter Brings Job Search Into ChatGPT
ZipRecruiter launched a ChatGPT app that lets job seekers find positions directly within the ChatGPT interface. The app connects millions of job listings from ZipRecruiter's marketplace to OpenAI's chatbot, eliminating the need to switch between platforms.
Job seekers type "@ziprecruiter" followed by their search criteria-job title, location, salary requirements, remote preferences-and receive matched listings. They can then refine results and apply directly through ZipRecruiter's platform.

- Click "View Job Details" to apply on ZipRecruiter
Ian Siegel, ZipRecruiter's co-founder and CEO, said the move reflects how job search is evolving. "Job search doesn't have to happen in the traditional paradigm of a job site," he said. "Bringing ZipRecruiter into generative AI for Human Resources tools opens a novel way to drive conversations between job seekers and employers."
