Client Quarterly Review Letter Agent

Accurate, compliant quarterly letters for every client

Client Quarterly Review Letter Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Writing a personal quarterly letter for every client takes days, and a wrong figure or careless phrase creates compliance trouble. Each quarter this agent drafts a letter for each account. It combines the house market commentary with the client's own return, allocation, changes made and upcoming items. Large changes in the account get a short explanation. It checks every client figure against the official statement data and checks each letter against compliance wording rules, such as no performance promises. If a check fails, it fixes the figure or rewrites the phrase and checks again. It groups letters into batches for review. The manager approves each batch, and compliance reviews samples as needed. Edge case: an account opened mid-quarter, so the agent shows the since-inception return and states the start date.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensFor Q1 the agent drafted 180 letters. The figure check failed on 6, where a late fee adjustment changed the quarterly return. It pulled the corrected statement data and updated them. The wording check flagged two phrases that sounded like promises, which it rewrote as views. All 180 then passed, the manager approved both batches, and compliance sampled 10.
