What it does
Contracts contain obligations and notice windows, such as renewal notices or reporting duties, that never reach the person responsible. When a contract or amendment is executed, this agent extracts each obligation with its exact clause reference. It works out which amendment governs each one. It calculates dates only from explicit rules in the contract. When a definition is ambiguous, for example 'business days' without a jurisdiction, it asks for an authorized interpretation before calculating. It creates draft milestones for owners and the contract manager confirms them. Then it tracks completion evidence and upcoming windows. Edge case: an amendment changes the notice period from 60 to 90 days, so the agent recalculates from the amendment.
