What it does
Diplomats meet officials, journalists and civil society contacts constantly, and relationships depend on keeping small promises. This agent reads each saved meeting note, pulls out the contact, topics and promised actions, such as sending a report or arranging an introduction, and logs them with due dates. If no date was given, it sets 7 days. It checks the contact record against official announcements for job changes. Each week it reviews due and overdue follow-ups. When something is overdue, it drafts a follow-up message and reminds the diplomat. It also flags priority contacts not met in 90 days. The diplomat always sends any message. Edge case: if a contact changes job, the agent updates the record and asks whether the relationship should pass to a colleague.
