What it does

A group program needs dates, a room or platform, materials, pricing, announcements and reminders, and many launches stall because no one tracks them. The agent builds a launch plan from the day the program is announced, with tasks for materials, venue, forms and messages. It tracks sign-ups daily against the minimum and the target. If sign-ups are below the minimum when the cutoff nears, it proposes extending the date or merging with another cohort, and drafts the new announcement. It sends reminders to those who signed up and checks that each has paid and completed the forms. The owner approves announcements, fees and any change of date. Edge case: a sign-up that has not paid after a reminder is held, not counted.
