What it does

A hundred new members join each week, and the same three rule breaks come back, such as promoting products in the first post. This agent watches new joins and drafts a friendly welcome that points to the rules most relevant to where the person joined from. After the moderator approves the template and each message, it sends them. It then checks the member's first posts for rule issues. If a post breaks a rule, it drafts a friendly reminder that names the rule and links to it, and waits for approval. It tracks repeat breaches per member and suggests a stronger step only when a pattern appears. It measures weekly whether rule breaks among new members are falling. Edge case: a new member posts a real support question that looks like a promotion, so the agent holds it for a human.
