What it does
A referral program promises rewards at 3, 10 and 25 referrals, but counting by hand is slow and bots inflate the numbers. The agent counts referrals from the platform, then validates each one: it removes duplicates, disposable email domains, same-IP bursts and people who never confirmed or unsubscribed within days. It checks which referrers have reached a milestone and prepares a list of rewards with a draft message for each. Questionable referrals are shown with the reasons so the writer can decide. After approval and sending, it checks that each reward was delivered, such as a download link opened or a code redeemed, and flags the ones that failed. Edge case: a referrer who earns exactly one valid referral over a milestone after cleanup. The writer approves each batch before anything is sent.

How it decides
A referral counts only if the subscriber confirmed and stayed active for 14 days and is not a duplicate or bot. A milestone is reached when valid referrals meet its count.
- Count a referral only after 14 days of confirmed activity
