AI agent for service managers

Service Standard Evidence Agent

Quality reviews based on evidence from real work samples.

Service Standard Evidence Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Service quality reports often rely on people saying they met the standard. This agent tests that with real work. Each month it samples cases, such as tickets, visits or orders, and matches each service standard to evidence in those samples, like timestamps, notes or customer confirmations. Where evidence is missing, it probes other records before giving up. If it still finds nothing, it marks the standard as unknown for that case, not as a pass or a fail. It then writes a qualified review showing what was met, missed and unknown. The service manager reviews the findings and handles any people decisions. Edge case: several cases lack timestamps, so response time is reported as unknown for them.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

It probes unsupported claims and keeps unknowns honest.

  • Unknown is neither pass nor fail and is reported separately.
  • A claim without a record counts as no evidence.
  • Standards with more than 20% unknown get a data-gap note in the review.

Make it yours

Every agent is a starting point. You choose these settings for your own situation.

  • Sample size per month (default 40 cases)
  • Service standards to test and their thresholds
  • Extra records the agent may probe for evidence
  • Who receives the review and in what format

What keeps you in control

It always asks you first

  • Personnel decisions
  • Public quality claims

Hard limits

  • No personnel decisions.

It stops when

An example run

What happensFor the October review, the agent samples 40 support tickets. The evidence check fails on 7 tickets that have no first-response timestamp. It probes the phone log and finds times for 3 of them. The other 4 are marked unknown. Final result: 31 met the 4-hour standard, 5 missed, 4 unknown. The service manager reviews the report and asks IT to fix timestamp logging.
