Treatment Plan Review Cycle Agent

Every treatment plan reviewed on time with progress data at hand

Treatment Plan Review Cycle Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Many settings require treatment plans to be reviewed every set number of weeks or sessions, and gathering the evidence takes time a psychologist rarely has. This agent tracks when each plan review is due. A week before, it gathers progress data: outcome measure trends, attendance, goals marked in notes, and any risk flags. If a goal has no progress data, it lists that goal and asks you to add a note or measure. It then prepares a review summary next to the current plan goals. After the review, it checks the plan was updated and signed by you and, where required, by the client. Missing signatures get reminders and a follow-up date. You do the review and make every clinical decision. Edge case: a client with many missed sessions is flagged for a talk about engagement.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensA plan review for a client was due on March 20. The agent gathered 8 weekly anxiety scores falling from 16 to 9 and attendance of 7 of 8 sessions. Its check found no progress notes for the sleep goal, so it asked the psychologist, who added a note. After the review the client had not signed the updated plan. The agent sent a reminder, the client signed on March 24, and the review closed.
