Marcus Rug Intel MCP server
Lets your AI check any crypto token for scam signs before you buy or trade it.

This is a helper for your AI that checks crypto tokens for signs of a scam. You give it a token address, and it looks at things like who made the token, who holds it, and whether it can be sold. It is handy if you trade small coins and want a second opinion before you put money in.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to Marcus Rug Intel, a service that checks crypto tokens for scam signs. Once it is connected, you can ask your AI about a token and it will look it up for you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI to check a token, and you paste the token address. Your AI sends that address to this helper. The helper talks to the Marcus Rug Intel service, which looks at the token's contract, its deployer wallet, its holders, and its social media. Then it sends back a risk score, a short verdict, and a recommendation like AVOID or CAUTION, which your AI shows you in the chat.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Check a token's risk score and get a simple recommendation
- See if a token might be a honeypot that traps your money
- Look up the wallet that created a token and see its history
- Check if the top holders own too much of the supply
- See if known influencers have been paid to promote a token
- Check a wallet against a community blacklist of scammers
- Get a written AI analysis of a token's risks
Try asking your AI
- “Check the risk on this token address for me: 7GCihgDB8fe6KNjn2MYtkzZcRjQy3t9GHdC8uHYmW2hr”
- “Is this token a honeypot? Tell me if I can sell it after buying.”
- “Who created this token and have they launched scams before?”
- “Give me a full risk report on this token, including social media red flags.”
What it gives back to you
You get back a risk score from 0 to 100, a risk level like low or critical, and a short recommendation such as AVOID or CAUTION. For deeper checks you also get details about the deployer wallet, the top holders, and social media red flags. Some tools return a written analysis from an AI model, and others return lists of wallets or tokens.
