What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

You install it once, and then it just works in the background when you ask.

You ask your AI something like what the odds are for tonight's NBA game or which tokens are about to launch. Your AI sends that request to this helper, which talks to the BotIndex service on the web. BotIndex sends back the live data, and your AI shows it to you in the chat. Some lookups are free, and the premium ones use your 50 free requests first, then cost a small amount of USDC per call. Every answer comes with a signed receipt so you can check it was not tampered with.

What you need
- The Claude desktop app or another tool that supports MCP servers
- Node.js installed on your computer (the free software that runs npx commands)
- A crypto wallet address if you want the 50 free premium requests (just the address, no signup)
