GBLIN MCP server
by gblinproject
Lets your AI check and manage a crypto treasury on Base, moving idle USDC in and out of a token basket.

This is a helper for AI agents that hold crypto on a blockchain called Base. It lets your AI look at a treasury, see the current risk level, and prepare the steps to move money in or out of a basket of tokens. It is made for people running automated agents that need to pay for things online.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to the GBLIN protocol on Base, so it can read live treasury numbers and prepare transactions for you when you ask. It never holds your keys, never signs, and never sends anything on its own.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like how your treasury is doing or whether it is a good time to move money. The AI uses this helper, which reads live data from the GBLIN contracts on Base. The helper comes back with numbers, a risk level, or a set of unsigned transaction steps. You then review those steps and sign them yourself in your own wallet.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Check the current market risk level (calm, elevated, or crash)
- See your treasury balance, gas health, and how many days of runway you have
- Get a quote for buying or selling the GBLIN token
- Prepare the steps to move USDC into GBLIN or back out
- Look at the rebalancing auction and see what bid to place
- Build a gasless payment so you do not need ETH to pay
- Verify a signed payment before anyone spends gas on it
Try asking your AI
- “What is the current market risk regime for the GBLIN vault?”
- “Analyze the treasury health of my wallet 0x1234... with a daily burn of 50 dollars”
- “Plan my treasury: I want to keep 7 days of spending liquid and park the rest”
- “Prepare a payment of 100 USDC worth of GBLIN from my wallet to this address”
What it gives back to you
You get back plain answers, lists, and numbers in the chat, like the current risk level, your balances, or a runway estimate in days. For actions, it returns unsigned transaction steps with the exact details your wallet needs. It also returns quotes, auction rows, and verification verdicts. Nothing is sent on chain by the server itself.
Before you start
What you need
- A wallet on the Base network with some USDC or ETH
- An AI client that supports MCP servers, like Claude Desktop or Cursor
- Node.js 18 or newer if you install it yourself (the hosted version needs nothing)
Good to know
Some tools prepare transactions that move real money, and one tool (relay_gblin_payment) actually submits a payment. Always review the steps in your wallet before signing.
Install it with your AI
Add GBLIN MCP server to your AI, no technical skills needed
You don't install anything by hand. You copy one prompt, paste it into an AI that can work on your computer, and it checks, installs and connects the server for you, asking you when it needs something.
Sign in to get the install prompt
Members get a ready-made prompt that lets the Claude desktop app check GBLIN MCP server, install it and connect it for them, step by step. You don't need any technical skills: you copy, paste and answer a few questions. Your connected AI can also find and install any of the 4,066 MCP servers here for you.
Who it's for
People running AI agents or automated crypto treasuries on Base who want their AI to check balances, manage risk, and prepare payments.
