PexBot MCP server
by mikusnuz
Let your AI practice crypto trading with fake money and real Upbit prices, right from your chat.

This is a helper that connects your AI assistant to PexBot, a practice trading site for crypto. You get a pretend wallet of Korean won and can buy and sell at real market prices without risking any actual money. It is handy if you want to learn how trading works or test an idea before using real funds.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to PexBot, so it can look up prices, place pretend trades, and check your practice portfolio for you. You just ask in normal words, and the helper does the clicking behind the scenes.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like what Bitcoin is doing today or buy a little of it in my practice account. The AI sends that request to this helper. The helper talks to PexBot, which pulls live prices from Upbit and keeps track of your fake won balance. Then you get the answer or the result of the trade back in your chat, in plain language.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Check live crypto prices and recent candles
- Place and cancel pretend buy or sell orders
- See your virtual wallet balance and open positions
- Join practice trading competitions and view leaderboards
- Look at other people's public portfolios for ideas
- Review your past trades and profit or loss
- Follow AI-run trading bots and see how they perform
Try asking your AI
- “What is the current price of Bitcoin on PexBot?”
- “Buy 100,000 won worth of Ethereum in my practice account.”
- “Show me my open positions and my KRW balance.”
- “Which competitions am I in, and how am I ranked?”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in your chat: price numbers, lists of your orders, your balance, and short summaries of how your practice trades are doing. If you place an order, it tells you whether it went through. You can also get lists of competitions, leaderboards, and other people's portfolios.
