Russian Business Data MCP server
Check Russian companies by INN, get Central Bank rates, calculate penalties and business days.
This is a small helper that gives your AI assistant access to official Russian business information. It can look up a company in the tax registry, check currency rates from the Central Bank, count working days, and work out late-payment interest. It is handy if you deal with Russian suppliers, invoices, contracts, or payments and want quick answers without opening five websites.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already knows. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to a service. This one connects your AI to Russian business data sources like the tax service registry and the Central Bank. So when you ask a question about a company or a rate, your AI can go and look it up for you instead of guessing.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI a question in normal words, like whether a company with a certain INN is safe to work with. Your AI passes that request to this helper. The helper then contacts the official source, such as the tax service registry or the Central Bank website. It brings back the answer, and your AI explains it to you in the chat. You never have to visit those websites or copy numbers by hand.
What you can do with it
- Look up a Russian company or sole trader by INN or OGRN
- Check if a tax ID number or bank account number is correctly formatted
- Find a bank's name and address from its BIK code
- Get official Central Bank exchange rates for any date
- Convert an amount from one currency to another using the Central Bank rate
- Calculate late-payment interest under article 395 of the Civil Code
- Count working days between dates or add working days to a date

What it gives back to you
You get clear answers in the chat, like a company's name, registration date, status, and director, or a currency rate for a specific day. For penalties, you get a number with a short explanation. For working days, you get the exact date or the count. Everything is written in plain language, not raw data.
