Russian payroll MCP server
Ask your AI to work out Russian salaries, taxes, vacation pay and sick pay for 2025-2026.
This is a small helper that lets your AI assistant do Russian payroll maths. You ask a question in plain words, and it works out the numbers using the 2025 and 2026 rules. It is handy for HR people, accountants and small business owners who deal with salaries in Russia.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to something useful. This one gives your AI a Russian payroll calculator, so it can work out salaries, taxes and contributions for you. Everything runs on your own computer, and nothing is sent anywhere.
What this MCP server does
You type a question in the chat, like how much a candidate will cost if they want 150,000 rubles in hand. Your AI passes the numbers to this helper, which does the payroll maths using the 2025-2026 rules. The helper sends the answer back, and your AI shows it to you in the chat, usually with a breakdown month by month. You do not need to install an accounting program or fill in a form. If you want the reverse, you can also start from the amount in hand and ask what salary to set.
What you can do with it
- Work out take-home pay from a gross salary, month by month
- Find the gross salary needed to reach a target take-home amount
- Calculate personal income tax on a yearly income or a single payment
- Work out vacation pay from average daily earnings
- Calculate compensation for unused vacation when someone leaves
- Estimate sick pay based on length of service
- Look up the current limits, rates and thresholds for the year
Try asking your AI
- “A candidate wants 150,000 in hand. What salary should I set, and what will it cost the company?”
- “If my salary is 400,000, how much do I get in hand, and from which month does the tax become 15 percent?”
- “Calculate vacation pay: yearly earnings 1.2 million, vacation 14 days”
- “Sick leave 10 days, 6 years of service, earnings 1 million and 800 thousand over the last two years”
What it gives back to you
You get back numbers and short explanations in the chat. For a salary question, you usually see the tax, the amount in hand, the employer contributions and the total cost, often broken down month by month. For vacation or sick pay, you get the amount and the steps behind it. It can also give you the current yearly limits and rates when you ask.
