AI and Human Capital to Headline Bangladesh's 7th National HR Convention

Bangladesh's HR community will convene on 5 December 2025 at Sheraton Dhaka for the 7th National HR Convention, themed "AI and Human Capital: Driving Business Agility and Innovation." The Federation of Bangladesh Human Resource Organisations (FBHRO) announced the event on 11 October 2025 at Dhaka Reporters Unity.

More than 1,000 HR professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and business leaders from Bangladesh and abroad are expected. Discussions will focus on practical ways to integrate AI with people strategy to build efficient, innovative, and sustainable workplaces.
