NGCG Plans Proprietary Generative AI Platform to Complement Infrastructure Strategy

New Generation Consumer Group Inc. announced development of a proprietary generative AI platform powered by large language model technology, extending its previously disclosed AI server leasing initiative. The platform will handle conversational AI, workflow automation, and data processing for consumer and enterprise applications.

The company, which trades over-the-counter under the ticker NGCG, plans to integrate the application-layer platform with its infrastructure deployment strategy. This vertical alignment would allow NGCG to use its own computing resources while selling AI processing capacity to external customers.

CEO Jacob DiMartino said the platform represents a natural extension of the infrastructure work already underway. "Our AI infrastructure initiative is designed to address the growing demand for high-performance computing," he said. "The development of our generative AI platform allows us to both utilize our own infrastructure and deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions to end users."

Infrastructure and Application Strategy

NGCG's approach connects two layers of the AI market. The infrastructure side involves deploying high-performance computing hardware to support both internal applications and third-party demand for processing capacity. The application side builds conversational systems on top of that infrastructure.

The company sees opportunity in the relationship between these two segments. As organizations adopt generative AI tools, they need more compute resources. NGCG aims to benefit from both trends simultaneously.

The company said it will evaluate partnerships and technology integrations to accelerate both initiatives. It plans to provide updates as it reaches key milestones.

For IT and Development Teams

IT and development professionals should understand the infrastructure implications of this strategy. Organizations deploying generative AI and LLM systems face real constraints around compute availability and cost. Companies exploring AI for IT & Development need to evaluate whether third-party infrastructure services or in-house deployment makes sense for their workloads.
