AI agent for insurance agency managers

Cross-Sell Opportunity Review Agent

Offer clients the cover they are likely missing, without pushing those who say no.

Cross-Sell Opportunity Review Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

A client with a home policy might need umbrella, cyber or flood cover, and they often do not know. The agency does not review because nobody has time to read thousands of files. This agent reads client files, finds missing lines based on the client's profile (business type, assets, location), and scores the opportunity by need and likely value. For high scores it drafts outreach that explains the gap in plain words. It tracks replies, stops contact for clients who decline, and follows up only if the client shows interest. The manager approves every message. Edge case: a client with an open claim or complaint is skipped until it closes.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

Scores each gap by exposure and client fit, contacts only the top scores, and stops when a client declines or ignores two messages.

  • Contact only clients with a score above 70 out of 100
  • No contact for open claims or complaints
  • Two messages with no reply ends the sequence
  • A declined line is not offered again for 12 months

An example run

What happensThe agent finds 38 clients with a business policy but no cyber cover. It scores 14 above 70. Two have open claims, so the check removes them. It drafts 12 messages in plain language, and the manager approves them. After 14 days there are 3 replies, 2 quotes requested, and 7 silent clients who get one follow-up. One client declines and is marked for 12 months.
