AI agent for customer experience managers
Guest Complaint Root Cause and Recovery Agent
Reduce repeat complaints by fixing the process behind them and proving it worked.
What it does
A guest complains about noise, a cold room or a slow check-in. The team apologizes, fixes it, and moves on. A month later the same complaint appears in the reviews. This agent reads complaints, reviews and survey comments every week. It groups them by area, such as room 5xx noise or breakfast waits, and works out which process sits behind each group, such as the night cleaning schedule or the shift change time. It suggests a fix, then checks whether repeat complaints dropped after the fix. If they did not, it revises the diagnosis. It also drafts recovery notes for individual guests. The manager approves any change in process or any offer to a guest. Edge case: one-off complaints that do not repeat are logged but not acted on.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
