Sponsor Deliverable Tracking Agent

Every sponsor deliverable on time, compliant and invoiced

Sponsor Deliverable Tracking Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Sponsor deals come with many small rules, and missing one can mean a reshoot or a late payment. This agent reads each signed sponsor agreement and turns it into a list: deliverables, talking points, dates, approval steps, disclosure rules, usage rights and payment terms. Before each deliverable it drafts the brief for the creator. After the content is made, it checks the draft or transcript against the talking points, banned claims and disclosure requirement. If something is missing, it lists the fix and checks again after the edit. It then prepares the sponsor review submission and, once accepted, the invoice. The creator approves every submission and invoice. Edge case: if a sponsor asks for a change outside the agreement, such as an extra post, the agent flags it as extra scope.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

It checks every draft against the agreement terms and treats anything outside the agreement as extra scope.

  • Disclosure must be spoken and written where the deal says so
  • Requests outside the agreement are extra scope
  • Invoice only after sponsor sign-off

What keeps you in control

It always asks you first

  • Submitting content to sponsors
  • Sending invoices
  • Accepting extra scope

Hard limits

  • Never sends anything to sponsors without approval
  • Never agrees to new terms

It stops when

  • Done: all deliverables accepted and paid
  • Stop: agreement terms unclear, ask creator

An example run

What happensA July deal required a spoken disclosure in the first 30 seconds and two talking points. The transcript check found the disclosure only in the description and one talking point missing. The agent listed both fixes. The creator re-recorded the intro, the recheck passed, and the creator approved the sponsor submission and the $2,400 invoice on July 18.
