by 8randonpickart5

Lets your AI run paid lookups on domains, companies, threats, compliance, sales leads, sports, property and health data.

Flow diagram: you ask your AI “Is example.com's email setup safe?”, the Alderpost MCP server reaches Threat data, Company data, Health data, Sports data, Property data and Web checks, and you get back A short report in your chat.

Alderpost is a helper that gives your AI a set of eight ready-made research tools. You ask a question, your AI picks the right tool, and Alderpost fetches the answer from premium data sources. It is handy if you check websites, companies, security settings or health and property facts as part of your work and want the answers in one place.

What is an MCP server? The 30-second version

On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already knows. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an outside service. This one connects your AI to Alderpost, which looks things up for you. So when you ask about a domain or a company, your AI can actually go and check instead of guessing.

What this MCP server does

You type a question, like whether a website's email setup is safe or what a company does. Your AI picks one of the eight Alderpost tools that fits and sends the request through this helper. Alderpost then queries its premium data sources, such as VirusTotal, People Data Labs or the FDA, and puts the results together. It scores what it finds and sends a short report back. Your AI shows you that report in the chat, in plain words.

What you can do with it

  • Check a domain's email security settings and malware status
  • Look up a company's size, industry, revenue and contacts
  • See if an IP address or domain shows up on threat blacklists
  • Grade a website's compliance on email, headers, cookies and privacy
  • Score a sales prospect's web presence and tech stack
  • Get sports standings, betting odds and a short game analysis
  • Pull property facts like schools, amenities and walkability
  • Check drug interactions, recalls and nutrition facts

Try asking your AI

  • “Is example.com's email setup safe? Check SPF, DKIM and DMARC.”
  • “Tell me about the company acme.com: size, industry and main contacts.”
  • “Has this IP address 8.8.8.8 been reported for abuse?”
  • “What are the odds and standings for tonight's NBA game?”
  • “What schools and amenities are near this address?”

What it gives back to you

You get a short report in the chat with a score from 0 to 100, a list of findings and a few recommendations. For example, a domain check shows each email setting and whether it passed. A company lookup lists industry, size, revenue and contacts. Sports and property answers come back as short summaries with the key numbers.
