Litport Free Proxy MCP server
by litportnet · official
Lets your AI pull up lists of verified free proxies, filtered by country, speed and reliability.
This is a small add-on that lets your AI assistant look up free proxy servers from Litport, a service that keeps a checked list of them. A proxy is a middle computer that sits between you and the internet, and free ones are mostly used for testing. It is handy if you test websites, check how pages look from different countries, or just want to see what is out there without opening a browser tab.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already knows. An MCP server is a little helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to something outside the chat. This particular helper connects your AI to Litport's public list of free proxies. Once it is connected, you can ask for proxies in plain words and your AI goes and gets them for you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like show me fast proxies in Germany. The AI passes that request to this helper program running quietly on your machine. The helper then contacts Litport's public snapshot of free proxies and picks the ones that match what you asked. You get back a short list of proxy records in the chat, with details like country, type, and speed. It only reads the list, it never sends any traffic through the proxies themselves.
What you can do with it
- List free HTTP, SOCKS4 or SOCKS5 proxies for a specific country
- Filter proxies by anonymity level, HTTPS support or maximum latency
- Pick the top-ranked proxies that match your filters
- Limit results to proxies that were checked in the last few minutes
- Get a summary of the whole snapshot, like how many proxies exist per country
- See how many proxies support HTTPS and what their latency looks like
Try asking your AI
- “Show me the 10 fastest free proxies in the United States.”
- “Give me five elite anonymity SOCKS5 proxies checked in the last 10 minutes.”
- “Which countries have the most free proxies right now?”
- “List free HTTP proxies in France with at least 90 percent uptime over seven days.”
What it gives back to you
You get a short list of proxy records back in the chat, each one showing things like the address, port, protocol, country, anonymity level, last check time and latency. If you ask for the best ones, you get a smaller ranked list instead. If you ask for a summary, you get numbers like total count, counts per protocol, the top 10 countries and latency figures. Every reply also includes a short disclaimer reminding you these are free proxies meant for testing only.
