Company Social Presence Mapper
by mambalabsdev
Turn a company website address into its LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube links and follower counts.

This is a small helper that lets your AI look up the social media accounts of a company. You give it a website address like stripe.com, and it comes back with the company's official profiles on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, plus follower numbers where they are public. It is handy if you do sales research, marketing, or just need to check who a company is online.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI one new skill. This helper connects your AI to a service called Apify, which does the actual looking around the web. So when you ask about a company, your AI passes the request to this helper, the helper asks Apify, and the answer comes back into your chat.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like 'find the social profiles for stripe.com'. Your AI uses this helper to send the request to Apify, which searches the company's own website, does a web search if needed, and checks likely profile names. It then confirms the profiles really belong to that company. Finally, it collects the follower counts where they are publicly visible and hands everything back as a tidy list.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Find the official LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages for a company
- Get public follower counts for those profiles
- Limit the search to just one or two platforms, like LinkedIn only
- Skip follower counts to get just the links, which is faster and cheaper
- Force a fresh lookup instead of using the saved result from the last 7 days
- Look up a company by name when you do not know its website address
Try asking your AI
- “Map the social presence of stripe.com across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.”
- “Find the official social profiles and follower counts for gitlab.com.”
- “What are Notion's LinkedIn and YouTube follower counts?”
- “Map only the LinkedIn and X profiles for twilio.com.”
What it gives back to you
You get back a flat list of the company's social profiles, with the platform name, the profile link, and the follower count where it is public. It comes as simple structured data, the kind you can paste into a spreadsheet or a tool like Clay. If a follower count is hidden or not available, that field is left empty. X always returns just the link, because its follower count needs a login this helper does not use.
Before you start
What you need
- Node.js 18 or newer installed on your computer
- A free Apify account
- An Apify API token (a kind of password for apps; you copy it from your Apify account page)

Good to know
Each lookup runs on Apify, which may use up your Apify account credits, so keep an eye on your usage.
