Capsule CRM MCP server
by MonadsAG
Ask your AI to find, create, and update contacts, deals, and tasks in your Capsule CRM account.

This is a small helper that connects your AI assistant to your Capsule CRM account. Once it is set up, you can ask for things in plain English instead of clicking around the CRM. It is handy if you work with customers, sales, or follow-ups and already use Capsule.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app. This one connects your AI to Capsule CRM, so when you ask a question about your contacts or deals, the AI can look it up in Capsule and answer you. You do not need to understand how it works inside. You just talk to your AI like you normally would.
What this MCP server does
You type a request to your AI, like asking for customers you have not contacted in a while. The AI passes that request to this helper. The helper talks to your Capsule CRM account using the official Capsule connection. Capsule sends back the matching people, deals, or tasks, and the AI turns that into a normal answer in your chat. If you ask it to create or update something, it does that in Capsule too.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Find people or companies by name, email, phone, or address
- See deals in your sales pipeline and their total value
- Create a new contact, opportunity, or task
- Update details on an existing contact or deal
- List tasks that are overdue or assigned to someone
- Filter customers by tags, location, or when they were added
- Check which pipeline stages your deals are in
Try asking your AI
- “Find all VIP customers in New York”
- “What is the total value of our open opportunities?”
- “Show me tasks that are overdue”
- “Create a new person: John Smith, john@acme.com”
What it gives back to you
You get answers in your normal chat, like a list of matching contacts, a count of deals, or the total value of your pipeline. When you ask it to create or change something, it tells you what it did in Capsule. Results come back as short lists or summaries you can read right away. You can then ask follow-up questions in the same conversation.
Before you start
What you need
- A Capsule CRM account
- An API key from Capsule (a kind of password for apps; you create it in Account Settings, then API)
- The Claude desktop app if you want to install it as an extension
Good to know
It can create and change records in your Capsule account, so double-check before you ask it to update or add anything important.
