SomaCheck MCP server

SomaCheck is a helper that lets your AI ask your body a question. You give it one short statement, it goes to your phone, and you answer with a gesture instead of words. It is handy for people who want a gut-level check-in on a decision before they talk themselves into or out of it.

What this MCP server does

You ask your AI for a vibecheck on a specific statement. The AI uses this helper to send that one statement to your SomaCheck phone app and waits up to 45 seconds. You respond on your phone with a gesture, and SomaCheck turns that into an Aligned or Unaligned reading with a confidence score. The AI gets that reading back and can use it alongside the conversation when it reasons and responds. There is also an optional feed where statements can be stocked for you to test later on your own time.

What you can do with it

What it gives back to you

You get back the statement that was sent, the reading (Aligned or Unaligned), and a confidence number. If the request is still pending, the AI can check again using the same request handle until it is answered, expired, or cancelled. Recent readings come back as a short list, newest first. The returned record is what the server recorded, so only your own look at your phone confirms what your phone actually showed.
