Dados B3 MCP server
by Val7h
Ask your AI about Brazilian B3 stocks and FIIs: ROE, P/E, dividends, scores, all traceable to CVM filings.

This is a helper that connects your AI to fundamentals for Brazilian listed companies on B3, plus real-estate funds (FIIs). It covers data from 2010 to today, including banks and insurers. It is handy if you follow Brazilian stocks and want quick, source-backed numbers instead of guessing.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an app or service. This one connects your AI to Brazilian market data from B3 and CVM, so it can look up indicators, dividends and scores for you. You just ask in plain words, and the helper fetches the numbers.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like the ROE of a company or the dividend yield of a fund. The AI passes your question to this helper. The helper talks to the Dados B3 service, which reads public CVM and B3 files and standardises the numbers. Then you get back a clean answer in the chat, with the source account behind each figure. Nothing is published unless a set of checks passes, so the balance sheet balances and prices never come before the filing that explains them.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Look up annual indicators like ROE, ROIC, margins and net debt/EBITDA for a company
- Check point-in-time multiples such as P/E, P/B and EV/EBITDA
- See dividends and the 12-month dividend yield
- Get ready-made scores like the Piotroski F-Score and the Graham test
- Compare restated filings side by side, original versus revised
- Rank B3 ETFs and real-estate funds (FIIs) by different measures
- Screen the whole market by indicator ranges as of a past date
Try asking your AI
- “What was WEGE3's ROE and net debt/EBITDA in 2023?”
- “Show me the Piotroski F-Score for Itaú last year.”
- “Which FIIs are trading below their book value right now?”
- “What filings and dividends changed in the last 30 days?”
What it gives back to you
You get back lists, tables and short summaries in the chat. For example, a series of yearly numbers, a ranking of funds, or a single company's six key figures with comparisons. Each figure comes with the CVM account it came from, so you can trace it. Some tools also let you freeze an answer at a permanent address with a checksum.
Before you start
What you need
- A free key from dadosb3.com for most companies (WEGE3 and the methodology are open without a key)
- An AI client that supports MCP connectors, like Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
- For local use: Python or Docker if you prefer to run it yourself
Good to know
Most companies need a free key, and the screener and some fund tools also need a key. The numbers are facts, not advice, so always check before making decisions.
