Gong hits $500M revenue milestone on strong enterprise AI adoption
Gong crossed $500 million in annual recurring revenue after posting 55% year-over-year growth in its latest quarter, the company announced Tuesday. The milestone marks the San Francisco- and Ramat Gan-based sales AI platform's 10th consecutive quarter of accelerating growth.
Enterprise customers are consolidating their sales tools around Gong's platform. Half of the Fortune 10 now use Gong, including Anthropic, Cisco, DocuSign, Google, ADP, and Thomson Reuters.
Over the past two quarters, Gong signed more customers with contracts worth over $1 million than in the previous six quarters combined. This shift toward larger deals reflects how sales organizations are betting on AI to improve productivity and automate revenue workflows.
Product adoption accelerating
Gong Assistant usage has grown more than 200% recently. Half of Gong's customer base now uses more than one Gong product, up from earlier adoption patterns where customers typically purchased single tools.
Customers including Anthropic, Uber for Business, Canva, and Paycor have reported productivity and sales improvements since deploying Gong across their teams.
What this means for sales teams
The growth reflects a broader shift in how sales organizations approach their tech stack. Rather than juggling multiple point solutions, teams are consolidating around platforms that combine call recording, conversation intelligence, and AI-powered coaching in one place.
For sales professionals, this consolidation often means fewer tools to learn and more integrated workflows. If your organization is evaluating AI sales platforms, understanding how these tools fit into your existing processes matters more than the hype around them.
