AI agent for animators

Client Review Feedback Round Agent

Clear, tracked revision rounds within contract scope

Client Review Feedback Round Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Client review rounds drift when notes are vague, scattered or quietly add new work. When the artist sends a review version, this agent posts it to the review tool with a version number and a note on what changed. It collects client comments from the review tool and email, ties each to a frame or timecode, and turns vague notes into specific questions. It sorts notes into in-scope changes and new requests, and checks the round count against the contract. If notes are unclear or out of scope, it drafts a question or a change-order note. After the artist revises, it checks every note was addressed before the next send. The artist approves all client messages. Edge case: conflicting notes from two client contacts are sent back for one decision.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

It maps each note to a frame and to contract scope, and asks when notes are vague or conflict.

  • Rounds beyond contract need a change order
  • Conflicting contacts must agree on one answer
  • Vague notes get a specific question

An example run

What happensIn round 2 of 3, the client wrote that the robot felt off, and their producer asked for a new color scheme. The scope check failed for the color change, since round 2 covered animation only. The agent drafted a question asking which shots felt off and a change-order note. The artist approved both. The client named two shots and accepted the change order.
