What it does

Copy gets approved by one person and then changed by the next, so nobody is sure which version is final. This agent sends the draft to each reviewer in the agreed order and records every comment. It merges edits that do not conflict, and flags edits where two reviewers disagree. Then it compares the merged version with each earlier sign-off. If a change reverses something a previous reviewer already approved, it stops the chain and asks both people to settle it. Each reviewer sees only the changes since their last look. The owner approves the final locked version, and the agent records who approved what and when. Edge case: a legal reviewer's required wording always wins over style edits and is marked as locked.

How it decides

Non-conflicting edits are merged. A change that undoes an earlier sign-off, or alters locked wording, stops the chain until the people involved decide.
