AI agent for graphic designers
Creative Handoff Packaging Agent
A complete delivery package that matches the client's checklist on the first try.
What it does
Freelancers and agencies often deliver packages that miss a font, a print variant or the right file naming, which leads to awkward follow-up emails. This agent turns the client's delivery checklist into a list of required outputs, collects the approved files and permitted dependencies, generates the named exports and writes a manifest. It then runs a package validator for file sizes, links, color modes and variants. If a required variant is missing, it generates it from the approved source and validates again. If the source or the rights are missing, it logs a specific exception instead of guessing. It stages the package with checksums, and the delivery manager approves sending. Edge case: a brand font whose licence forbids sharing is left out and replaced by a note suggesting outlined text.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
Read the steps as a list
- Project approved for delivery
- Turn the client's checklist into a list of required outputs
- Collect approved files and permitted dependencies
- Generate named exports and the manifest
- Run the package validator
- Is every required item present and valid? If not: generate the missing variant from source, or log an exception. Back to step 4.
- Stage the package with checksums
- Delivery manager approves sending to the clientThe agent waits here for your OK.
- Package delivered with manifest and exception notes
How it decides
It reads the checklist as a list of required outputs, checks which exist, and decides per missing item whether it can be generated from an approved source (then generates it) or not (then logs an exception). It reruns the validator after every change until the package passes or only exceptions remain.
- Generate or flag a missing item: generate only from an approved source with rights cleared.
- Include a font or source file: only when its licence allows client delivery.
- Validation retries: rerun after each fix; stop when only logged exceptions remain.
Make it yours
Every agent is a starting point. You choose these settings for your own situation.
- Client checklist template and file naming pattern to follow
- File types that may be shared depending on licence (default no fonts unless the licence allows)
- Validator rules (default color mode, resolution, broken links and size limits)
- Delivery channel (default shared folder link, or the client's upload portal)
- Whether the delivery manager or the project lead approves sending
What keeps you in control
It always asks you first
- Sending to the client
- Including restricted fonts or editable source files
Hard limits
- Never sends anything externally without approval.
- Respects font and asset licences.
It stops when
- Done: validator passes.
- Needs a human: a required source or licence is missing.
