AI agent for veterinarians
Emergency Kit and Readiness Check Agent
Every emergency item is in date, the log is correct and every staff member has done the current drill.
What it does
Emergency kits, oxygen cylinders and AED pads expire without anyone noticing, and staff drills are skipped because nobody owns the schedule. Each month the agent takes the results of the kit checklist, compares every expiry date with the log, and flags items that will expire within 90 days. It drafts replacement orders for approval, and when a delivery arrives it checks the lot number, quantity and expiry against the order and updates the log. It also schedules a staff drill, tracks who attended, and reminds anyone who missed it. Edge case: an AED pad set that was replaced but whose new expiry date was never entered, which the agent finds when the check does not match the log.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
