AI agent for voice actors

Voiceover Client Revision Tracker Agent

A clear, itemized pickup quote and a delivery that matches the revised script line by line

Voiceover Client Revision Tracker Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

A client sends a revised script three days after the session, with some lines changed and others reworded, and asks for the pickups 'as part of the job'. This agent reads the revised script and compares it with the recorded version line by line, listing exactly which lines changed, by how many words and whether the change is a correction of an error or a new request. It checks the contract for the number of included revisions and the pickup rate, then drafts a pickup quote with the line count and time estimate. After the actor delivers the pickups, it rechecks the audio transcript against the revised script to catch missed lines before sending. The actor approves quotes. Edge case: a client's typo fix to a name is treated as a correction and quoted at no charge if the contract says so.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

It counts a line as changed when its wording differs, sorts changes into included revisions and billable pickups per the contract, and checks every line in the final delivery.

  • Free corrections apply only for the client's typos and factual errors if the contract says so
  • Count a pickup per changed line or per minute as the contract states
  • Always show the changed lines in the quote
  • Do not deliver until every changed line is verified in the audio

Make it yours

Every agent is a starting point. You choose these settings for your own situation.

  • Revision and pickup terms
  • Rate and units
  • Quote format
  • Transcription tool
  • What counts as a correction

What keeps you in control

It always asks you first

  • Actor approves each quote and delivery

Hard limits

  • Never send a quote or deliver files without approval
  • Never bill beyond the contract

It stops when

  • Done: All pickups are verified and billed according to the contract
  • Stop: The contract does not cover revisions, so the agent asks the actor for the policy

An example run

What happensA 600 word script returns with 14 changed lines. Three fix a misspelled brand name, which the contract treats as free. Eleven are rewrites, 140 words, billable at 25 dollars per pickup line, 275 dollars. The actor approves. After recording, the transcript shows line 9 missing the word 'not', so the agent flags it. A retake is made and the check passes.
