Mobile Easy Use MCP server
Lets your AI look inside a running Android or iOS app and even tap, change values, and take screenshots.

Mobile Easy Use is a helper that gives your AI a way to look inside a running mobile app, not just at its screen. It works with Android and iOS apps and is meant for people who build or test those apps. If you have ever wondered why a button does nothing or a list will not refresh, this is for that kind of question.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill, in this case a connection to a mobile app running on your phone or emulator. Once it is connected, your AI can ask the app what is happening inside it and try small actions, then tell you what it found. You still ask the questions in plain words, and the helper does the technical part.
What this MCP server does
You describe a problem in plain words, like why a list does not refresh after a request. Your AI uses this helper to connect to the app on your device. The helper talks to the app while it runs and watches method calls, values, logs, and the screen. Then your AI puts what it saw into an answer for you, separating what it actually observed from what it is guessing. It can also try small changes in the running app, like flipping a value, to check an idea, and then put it back.
Click to zoomWhat you can do with it
- Look inside a running app to see the current data and state
- Trace which methods run, with their arguments and return values
- Temporarily change a value or a method result to test an idea
- Tap buttons and type in fields on the app screen
- Take screenshots of the app or of a single element
- Generate test files that check both the screen and the hidden data
- Run existing tests and get a summary of what passed and failed
Try asking your AI
- “Use to-android-probe to investigate why this list does not update after a successful request.”
- “Use to-ios-probe to investigate why tapping sign-in does not open the home screen.”
- “Use to-android-test-script to generate a test that clicks FIRST and checks the counter is 1.”
- “Use to-android-test to run this app's tests directory and summarize passed, failed, and unrun cases.”
What it gives back to you
You get a written answer in the chat, in plain words. It usually lists what the AI observed, like which methods ran, what values the app held, and what the screen showed. It can also hand you a generated test file or a summary of test results. It clearly marks what it saw versus what it is only guessing.
Before you start
What you need
- Node.js 20 or newer on your computer
- For Android: ADB and a connected device or emulator
- For iOS: a Mac with Xcode and its command-line tools, plus iproxy for physical devices
- The Mobile Easy Use helper added into the app's debug build, which the Integrate step sets up
Good to know
It can change values and tap things inside a running app, so use it on a debug build and a test device, not on a real user's phone.
